South Africa Fashion Awards Opens Public Voting

The 2nd annual South Africa Fashion Awards opened public voting on September 14 across 21 categories, ahead of its ceremony at Hotel Sky, Sandton, on October 3. As originally reported by HYPE Magazine.

Categories include Best Fashion Designer with 21 nominees, Best Stylist with 21 nominees, Best Fashion Influencer with 17 nominees, Best Male and Female Models with 13 nominees each, Best Fashion Campaign with 12 nominees, and Fashion Executive of the Year with 9 nominees, alongside categories spanning beauty, retail, photography and emerging talent.

Seven additional distinguished figures will receive non-competitive special honours at the ceremony.

“The 2026 nominations represent an industry that continues to evolve and command attention globally,” said Kabelo, Head of Partnerships for the awards. Official partners include L’Or Espresso South Africa, Mentos South Africa, Dechavel and Black Crown.
