“And I did it.”
Those were Biggy22X’s first words, and he said them like a man who had just crossed something off a bucket list. Standing in front of Ayra Starr, the streamer could barely keep still.
“You again?” came the line in the clip. He laughed it off. “All right, all right.”
Then the floodgates opened.
“I’m coming to you, Nigeria. I love Nigeria. I love Nigeria,” he told her, repeating himself as if once was not enough. “I’m not gonna lie. After that video, Nigeria been showing so much love to me, and I just want to say thank you so much for everything.”
It was part fan moment, part thank-you note to a whole country.
Biggy22X is still building. He streams on Twitch, and his Instagram, with around 25,000 followers, describes him simply as a streamer open to collabs. Ayra Starr sits in a different league. The Nigerian singer-songwriter broke through internationally in 2022, and “Rush” earned her a nomination at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards for Best African Music Performance.
None of that stopped him from making his pitch.

“One day we’re gonna collab,” he told her. He had already slid into her DMs, he said, and when his chat pushed him to do it again, he did.
Twice.
Small streamers rarely get the attention of artists at Ayra Starr’s level, let alone a face-to-face moment that ends with a collab pitch. Biggy22X got both. Now he waits to see if the DM gets a reply.
