There are two popular options for staying fit during the pandemic: home exercise and outdoor jogging. In this article, we’ll explore the pros and cons of each option to help you decide which one is best for you.

Home Exercise: Pros:

Outdoor Jogging: Pros:

My opinion at the end is this. Both home exercise and outdoor jogging have their pros and cons. It’s important to consider your own lifestyle, fitness goals, and personal preferences when choosing which option is best for you. Whether you prefer the convenience of home exercise or the fresh air and social interaction of outdoor jogging, the most important thing is to find an activity that you enjoy and stick to it, to help you stay fit and healthy during the pandemic.
